help.
you know how not any two people are exactly alike? And everybody is the same? well thats how problems and questions are. nobody has the same question and problem. with each person comes questions and problems. those people need answers, and help. i can do that, ive gone though some tough stuff, and im the kind of person you could trust. one person asked “why must i do this” that answer is simple, if its a good thing they are doing, my answer is, “why not? whats or who is stopping you?” they might say fear, but everyone can or will overcome fear, if they cant, i would just ask, “why are you afraid of this?” and they would explain… and then they will realize irs not as bad as they have been thinking the whole time. People dknt realize it, but no matter what they fear, they allways think negative thoughts, and think of things that COULD happen. notice i said COULD, meaning it could, but probobly wouldnt. lets have an example, a girl has a fear of heights, and she is about to go on a zipline, shes thinking, what if the rope breaks? a chain bepreaks? the ladder colapses?!? i cant, i will fall. but, what are the chances of anything breaking? if its new? not to high…
Another example, a person has a fear of spiders. simple. they say it might bite me or jump on me, they are so gross and scary looking! but, they have nothing to fear realy, its small… a human is 100000 times bigger than a spider, so why be scared of them? if it were a terantula i see why people would be scared haha but not little ones, thats nothing to fear. period.
now, the fear of paying bills, habing enough money, dying, getting hurt,someone else dying, drowning, being hit by a car, or being shot, now those are the ones people think negative about most, paying bill,s, people might say “WHAT IF we dont have enough money?!?” well, what if? but, think posative, i can get money, get a job, i can get anything if i concentrate and put my mind to it, if i realy try, if i dont try then i must realy not care.
If you have a bad fear, think to yourself, “am i picking out only the negative things?” and figure that out, and think of posative. think you can get or do what ever you want, you reaky can, you just have to try. try try again.
