long term benefits of sunscreen proved by scientists, or as the rest of my advices, no basis, no more reliable then my own personal meandering experience. I will dispense this advice… Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth. You will not understand the power or beauty of your youth until it has faded…. But trust me, in 20 years and you look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can’t grasp now, how much possibility was before you and how fabulous you really looked. You are not as fat as you imagine. Be careful who’s advice you buy. But be patient with those that supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia. Dispensing that from the past from the disposal and then painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than its worth. But trust me on the sunscreen.
